Meet our newest instructor, Joy Krieger
With over 18 years of experience as a classically trained Pilates instructor and 25 years as a massage therapist, Joy brings a thoughtful, hands-on approach to teaching movement. She received her Pilates training with Radonna Patterson through Bodyworks, The Treatment and Prevention Center in Durham, North Carolina. Joy is fully trained on Pilates equipment, translating that expertise seamlessly into effective mat Pilates. She enjoys working with both group classes and individual clients, offering a supportive, hands-on teaching style that helps people feel confident and connected in their movement. Her personalized programs - tailored to each body type, needs, and goals of her clients - blend precision with compassion, supporting strength, ease of movement, injury prevention, and long-term well-being.

A low-impact exercise method performed on the floor using body weight for resistance. It focuses on strengthening the core, improving flexibility, posture, balance, and body awareness through slow, precise movements and controlled breathing.

The Pilates reformer and Cadillac use adjustable springs to build strength, improve flexibility, balance and core strength while allowing movements to be customized for different fitness levels, injuries, or goals.
