First Thursday of every month, 6-6:50PM
Cultivate your inner peace. We’re offering a new meditation class here at Wholistic Health Studio. The format is simple: 20 minutes for opening and discussion, 25 minutes for meditation (quiet or minimally guided), and 5 minutes for closing.

Nan Hudspeth and Stewart Walker co-teach and over time other group members or people from our community may also give presentations.

Topics may include:
-LOVE is the path
-Being in the present moment
-The immediacy of body sensations
-We already are that which we seek
