Can join this class at any time if space is available.

This class features Gigi’s “flowing” style of yoga and is designed for students with some previous experience or with permission from the instructor. During these classes, we'll have an air purifier on.

Gentle Yoga - Thursdays 4-5:15PM

10-class series, begins 8/29

Can join this class at any time if space is available.

This class, “Gentle Yoga,” is open to introductory-level students, or students who desire an easier pace and additional modification. Our classes are small to insure attention and guidance from the instructor. During these classes, we'll have an air purifier on.
