In this 4-class series, we will focus on the moves in the best-selling book, The MELT Method by Sue Hitzmann. Learn simple self-treatments you can do at home to reduce pain and remain active and healthy.

SANDY BRADY is a certified instructor in MELT Method®, as well as a licensed massage and bodywork therapist in both North Carolina and Florida. In addition, Sandy is a certified health and nutrition coach. She believes that well-being is our natural state and is fascinated by the ability of the body to heal itself, with even the gentlest therapies, supported by self-care and mindful nutritional practices.
