In this class you will learn a sequence of five balances. In the first two balances we learn how to remove stress and allow the two hemispheres of the brain to function as one unit. The third balance improves the ability of the body to use the water you drink more effectively for hydration. The fourth balance helps the immune system stay out of confusion and keep us well. And the fifth balance works on the entire musculoskeletal system: the upper body to the lower body and the right side of the body to the left side of the body, the head to the body and the head to the spinal complex.
In just 10 minutes a day, you’ll gain a stronger immune system, improved focus and experience less stress in your life.
Healthcare practitioners will have the edge to set their practice apart when they teach clients/patients a newfound balance that will allow longer-lasting and more permanent results.
