Reiki Classes
Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It also works in conjunction with other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects, promote recovery and relieve stress. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us to support all life’s functions.

About the Instructor
Toni Stevens, a native of NC, is a Reiki Master Teacher, Certified BodyTalk Practitioner, BodyTalk Access Trainer and a certified meditation teacher. Her area of specialty is the impact of past trauma on current relationships and physical health.
Reiki Level One

The Reiki Level One course opens the ability to access Reiki for self-healing, personal and spiritual development. The focus is on your own self-healing and learning how to give Reiki to your family, friends and animal companions.
In this course you will learn or receive all of the following:

-A thorough understanding of Reiki
-The history and principles of Reiki
-The importance of attitude and intention
-An overview of the chakras, organs and endocrine glands
-Receive the 4 Reiki One Energy Attunements
-Learn all hand positions for self-care

Reiki Level Two
Saturday & Sunday 10AM-5PM, dates TBD

Reiki Level Two builds on the knowledge and experience gained during and since your Reiki One course. While Reiki Two continues the self-development and healing work, it also offers training to equip you with the skills and knowledge to begin working towards becoming a Reiki Master Practitioner if you so desire.
In this course you will learn:
-Usage of three Reiki symbols
-Instruction on how to perform distance sessions
-Anatomy and physiology
-Chakras
-Basic rules for a professional practice
-Relevant legislation
-Attunement to Reiki Level Two
Course Includes:

-Ongoing Support
-Certificate of Completion
For those who have been attuned to Reiki One with another Reiki Master, you can get a place in Toni’s Reiki Level Two Course with an informal chat with her and submission of your Reiki One Certificate for verification.
