Partner Training - Tuesdays or Thursdays
An exercise partner helps you remain motivated and accountable. With similar goals for your workouts, you can both make progress and save a little money. It could also just be fun to spend time with a friend getting healthier.
Rehab Training - Tuesdays or Thursdays
These fitness sessions are carefully designed to support your efforts to get back in shape after the primary healing of an injury, surgery or unexpected medical crisis. Your rehab fitness program begins with an assessment and the development of a strategic plan for recovery.
