Ayurveda is an ancient healing system that emphasizes the vitality and well-being of each individual. These goals are achieved through balanced lifestyle dietary choices.

This series will begin with a free introductory class. Basic concepts and health benefits of Ayurveda will be discussed. Each of the following three classes will cover one of the Three Doshas, or Constitutional Types, in detail. Tai Chi is a Chinese martial art and system of meditative movement used worldwide for fitness, stress reduction, balance, and well-being.
