Throw in a little cardio, and some Pilates, along with strength training, mix ‘em up, and what do you have – Melanie’s Mixer. Twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, we’ll all be sweating and having fun.
The jury is “in” regarding the many benefits of exercise. Most of us just don’t get enough cardio workouts to keep our hearts fit. This is your opportunity to get the heart healthy exercise you need in a safe and engaging environment. The addition of Pilates and weight training is designed to keep your muscles and bones strong.
